It’s time to swap knits for lighter tops as we finally embrace the Spring. From covetable florals to the quirkier prints, we can’t wait to stack up on pretty patterns on our wardrobe rails, and Topshop has quite the enviable selection. Let’s take a tour of some of the highlights…
Flower Ceramic Print Crop Cami, £22, Topshop
This is one of our favourites for that done-but-not done look. Think an Elizabeth Olsen kinda chic. The paisley mix print and matching trims are perfect for dressing up a simple pair of high waisted jeans. Try adding espadrille flats and a little bowler hat for a cute, casual outfit.
Tribal Print Open-Back Suntop, £26, Topshop
For a more dramatic choice, this open-back top is the perfect piece to set off white trousers and maxi skirts. The emerald green and cream print has a cut-out back, pocket design and gold buttons – we love teaming ours with a nude chiffon maxi skirt and gold flat sandals.
Contrast Floral Button Bralet, £28, Topshop
Feeling a little brave? This bralet has been waiting in the wings of our wardrobe for its first outing this season. An adorable button-up piece, it has a flattering multi-contrast eyelet floral print. Team with a pastel hued skirt and flatform sandals, and add a sheer shirt on top if you’re still a tad nervous. We’d do the same, ladies.
Rope Strap Embroidered Cami, £28, Topshop
We’ve utterly fallen for this mix print cami. Featuring a gorgeous lattice embroidery and floral front, the slightly sheer shirt is so ideal for poolside kickbacks or wearing under an acid wash denim jacket.
Floral Crochet Detail Shirt, £34, Topshop
We love mustard yellow, and this crochet detailed shirt from Topshop has a pastel tinge too, perfect for picnics and late summer evening barbeques. The lace crochet at the bodice and pretty prim collar are the key to every Aesthetic girl’s wardrobe.
Oversize Toile Print Shirt, £40, Topshop
Last but not least, this printed shirt fits in perfectly with the Oriental theme and trends this season. The muted coral pink hue adds colour and personality to the wardrobe and we adore its oversized fit and relaxed chiffon texture. One to wear with light olive jeans and a platform heel.
