In his signature style, Jasper Conran’s AW13 collection displayed soft structure, fluid wool pieces and a simple knitwear based range. Opening with beautiful autumnal charcoal greys and inky navy blues, short suits and classic collars were peppered with mustard yellows, tangerine orange and dayglo fuchsia pinks, highlighting a progression of colour block for the season.
Cloche hats perched atop each of the model’s heads, along with relaxed tucked-in ponytails that mark a practical and forward looking era of style. Highlights of the collection for included the circular cut out-esque details and fluid outerwear lines. So corporate and feminine at the same time.
